Description:This kitchen remodel included removing old cabinets and raising a lowered portion of floor to meet up with the existing kitchen floor. Hardwood floors were installed and finished and new cabinets were installed. We were required to move a gas line to accommodate a new cook-top location and appliances and windows were installed.
On the exterior, we removed an existing deck and framed in a new one.

We also excavated areas of the crawlspace, removed dry-rotted posts and beams and re-supported areas of the house.
