Jim Killin began contracting work with his father in the 1960's. With his knowledge, he was able to work his way through Butler University, in Indianapolis, IN, and graduated in 1971. In the 1980's, he started J.C. Killin General Contractor. He has a wide range of experience in the all aspects of home construction. With over 25 years and 3,000 jobs to his credit, customer satisfaction is the utmost priority to him. To be successful, Jim has demand that his men are respectful, show up on time, do what you say, and always do quality work.

Jon Killin began working for J.C. Killin General Contractor in 2000. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University, he is applying his skills and knowledge to high levels of workmanship and customer service. He is highly proficient in all aspects of construction including remodels, drywall, framing, and finish work. He is always on time and understands that the customer comes first.

Chris Francois brings to J.C. Killin over ten years of residential construction experience building custom homes, remodels, and additions. There is no construction project that Chris cannot handle. In his construction career, Chris has held many positions, from carpenter, to on-site foreman, to projects manager, overseeing all facets of residential building, remodeling, and repair. Chris has a passion for working with his hands, and never shies away from a new challenge. J.C. Killin was actually Chris' first real paying job at 16 years old. After a 15 year stint living, working, and starting a family in Whatcom County, Chris and his family are now "back home" in Snohomish County, and we at J.C. Killin are glad to have him and his wide array of skills back with us.

Zack Swett has been with J.C. Killin since 2001. He grew up in the Edmonds and Lynnwood area. Educated at the University Northern Colorado, he presents himself in a clean cut and polite manner. He is proficient in all phases of construction work with specific talents in framing, tile work, sheetrock, drainage, and structural repairs.
